Terms of Service

Enfenety Dev is a portfolio and contact site for a professional services business. By browsing it or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site — it really is that simple.

The site is provided as-is for informational purposes. We make no guarantee that it will be available at all times, free of errors, or secure against every attack. We take reasonable precautions (HTTPS, rate limiting, bot detection), but you use it at your own risk.

Enfenety Dev offers web development, custom software, UI/UX design, technical consulting, and ongoing maintenance. Every engagement is different, so the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in a separate project agreement signed by both parties. These website terms do not constitute a service contract.

Submitting the contact form is a request for a conversation — it does not create a client relationship until both sides sign an agreement.

When you submit our contact form, your message is sent to us via email. We use your details only to respond to your inquiry. Do not send confidential, proprietary, or legally sensitive information through the form — until we have a signed agreement in place, no client relationship or duty of confidence exists.

We reserve the right to decline any project for any reason. If we decline, we will delete your submission and notify you.

What you own: Once you have paid in full for a project, you own the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for you. We assign those rights to you upon final payment.

What we keep: We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on this website, and on professional profiles (unless we agree otherwise in writing, e.g. for non-disclosure). We also retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how — you receive a license to use what is needed for your project, but we do not transfer our internal tooling or intellectual property.

Third-party code: Open-source libraries, frameworks, and services we use on your behalf remain under their own licenses. Nothing in these terms overrides those.

Client projects displayed on this site are shown with permission. We describe the work at a high level and may include screenshots of the public interface. No proprietary business logic, internal dashboards, or confidential data is shown. If you see a project and believe it misrepresents your work or contains your confidential information, contact us and we will address it promptly.

We build software carefully, but no development process is perfect. Enfenety Dev and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from the use of this website or our services.

If a claim arises from a paid project, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for that specific project. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute arises, we agree to try good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the Philippines. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
